Question Gtx 1060 3gb

I tried everything to remove error code 43 from older drivers to UDD but after I used UDD and restarted my PC there's no display only a black screen except that it doesn't say no signal its just a black screen and there's no mouse or anything I tried pressing enter doesn't work, I tried going into secure boot than disabling Intel graphics than restarting or restarting with it on and safe boot on nothing is working been trying to fix my GPU for like 18 hours now can anyone help?

Didnt work I reset it both ways and it still did the same thing it says no signal goes afk and than it turns into a black screen not displaying anything I tried dvi and HDMI I'm wondering if I should Just spent another 300£ for a gtx 1070
