- I have big and small slot for them in my motherboard which one should I get ? To big or small ?

- is 500w enough ?

- and last question is does it make big difference 4gd and 6gd? For games like skyrim remastered or elder scrolls online , WoW , etc ?

you'll have to remove the 750 you have now and put the 1060 into the same slot. the smaller one is not the same type slot and won't use the card.

500w psu is not as important as what power leads it has on it. the G1 you chose needs an 8-pin power connection while most of the others only need a 6-pin. if you don't have a 8-pin then you'll need to chose a model that only needs a 6-pin. if your psu does not have either, then you need to replace it as a 500w psu with no pcie connections is a piece of junk and not worth using.

here is a list of all the 1060 models with power needs and other specs http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3047729/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1000-series-megathread-faq-resources.html#17902600
