Question GTX 1060 6GB Error codes / is it a dead card?

So my GTX 1060 has recently stopped working properly and i dont know why, the device manager has been showing the error codes mainly 12, 43, 31 any clues? ive done alot of steps like uninstalling with ddu and something from a microsoft thing with the regedit.

My specs
CPU - i7 6700k
GPU - EVGA SC GTX 1060
PSU - Corsair RM650X 650W
CPU Fan - Cooler master hyper evo 212
Motherboard - ASUS Z270h strix
RAM - Corsair 8gb 2x4 3000mhz
Storage - 1TB HDD and a 250 GB SDD
Case - P400 Eclipse

You can try reseating the GPU in the PCIe slot.
If there is another system, you can try there as well and see if an error still shows up.

Already tried both of those actually, on the other system there is still an error.

Im pretty sure its not, but its weird it gives me like 4-5 error codes
and sometimes it says "this device is working properly" and still when it says that it reconnects and disconnects, and theres no signal aswell. it has to be broken right?
