I would pull the gpu and manually test the fan with your finger. A screw/screws may be misaligned or not fully engaged. If you can't fix it that route, you may have to rma.
I opened it up and saw the wire i moved it a bit further away to make sure and checked all screws it seems to check out couldn't find anything out of the ordinary might just have to rma than i guess.. unless you have any otherthings to check for?
Did you try and spin the fan manually like maestro said? Like spin the fan with your finger while the PC is off to see if it makes the same noise. But yeah it sounds like a cooler issue and I'd probably RMA it.
Yes I did try and move it with my finger and it doesn't make the noise i didnt spin it fast though and i did check screws/wire etc doesnt seem that anything is there
Thats sucks, I'd RMA it. Depending on the manufacturer, (EVGA did this for me for a CLC) they will have you call technical support to trouble shoot it before you can RMA it so they could possibly solve it. Best of luck.
