Solution
Is one stick,but........I will lose my warranty if I open my pc
Any OTHER solution?

Warranty means nothing. You need more ram. If you want to solve the issue, that's what you need to do.

Other than making sure you have the most up to date bios, system drivers, and latest GPU driver. Apart form that, getting more ram will fix your issue I suspect.
In some games, having only 8gbs of system ram will hamper you. AS your ram fills up, it will start to use your swap/page file. This can cause FPS stuttering and drops. Getting another 8gb of ram will most likely solve your problem.

is your 8gb of ram two stick or one. You should really look at 16gb in a 2 x 8gb kit. This will ensure you don't run out of memory. Some games like BF V use upwards of 9 or 10gbs at 1080p!

What's the make and Model of your Power Supply unit ? What is the GPU/CPU temp value while Gaming ? Are you using a fresh Windows OS install copy ? If not, then try doing a clean format.

Have you tried doing a CLEAN re-install/update of the GPU drivers by using the DDU tool ??

I presume you are using Windows 10 OS ? Some of the recent patches/updates have affected the performance in many systems, though the issue is not that much widespread.
