GTX 1060 6GB Low fps

I'm getting very, very low FPS in all games compared to others.

All these games in low graphics:
Fortnite: 60-110
GTA 5: 30-50
CS:GO: 80-120
PUBG: 25-35

PC:
GTX 1060 6GB
FX-8320e
8GB Ram DDR3

I believe the ram and CPU are slowing down the performance, so is this normal or do I need to upgrade?

It might be your CPU since those are all CPU heavy games and the FX series isn't known to be the best CPU's around. Leave Task Manager open for a couple minutes while you play and then see what your CPU & memory usage was like. If the CPU is hitting 100%, that would be your culprit and if your RAM is >80% it COULD be that.

Otherwise, maybe consider re-installing your graphics drivers and running a cleaning program such as CCleaner:
