Question Gtx 1060 6gb pny in a hp z210 workstation

Both the PC and the graphics card works separately. I had a gtx 580 in the pc a week ago removed it and put the gtx 1060 in and it has yet to use or identify the gtx 1060. I have tried some bios updates but I cannot get it to work. The fans spin on the graphics card but I have no other detection on my pc.

Can anyone help?

Is your HP Z210 set in Bios on Legacy or UEFI, and is your GTX 1060 a newer model. The older GTX 1060 do Legacy and or UEIF But newer models only do UEIF or so I hear.

How do I change the legacy or uefi? and not sure it's used so i do not believe it to be too new
I have windows 7 64 bit
