GTX 1060 6gb really bad performance

Hello, today i received my gtx 1060 windforce OC 6gb. Installed it and so on. Tried a view games such as GTA V, Battlefield 4, Arma 3 and dying light. When i play any game they show me like flickering texures, bad shaders and so on.
I use
GTX 1060 Windforce OC 6G
AMD FX-6300
MotherboardAsus M5A 78L-M LX3
Ram: 2x4gb ddr3
Vertigo V-GO A5.2 520 Watt
Windows 7 64 bit

Old graphics card: gtx 760

Ive tried everything:
Deleted all drivers using ddu
Reinstalled driver
Uninstal and instal an older version
Update bios
Cleaned my pc from dust
Changed all the setting in the games (GTA V and BF4 give the same issue)
Had a 5 hour long livechat with nvidia
Changed settings in nvidia configuration
Made a new windows user account
Repaired the games
Tried it with my old graphics card which now give the same problem (the resolution looks the same when i have the 1060 in my pc)
Tried another hdmi cable

I really really desperate to why this doesnt work! Please please help me!!!!

That flickering seems like lack of AA, but maybe the video is not clear enough.

Did your older card look better?

Before i've putted my new gpu in my pc i had no issues so yeah

what monitor are you using and what is its refresh rate?

Im playing in 1920-1080 on a samsung S24D340H its an 59 hz

Its just the same as the 760, it looks like there both the same or something
