GTX 1060 6GB Screentearing

Screen tearing during games and videos on YouTube, I mostly fix it by using triple buffering and vsync in games but 30fps videos tear hard, I plugged my HDMI cable into my MOBO's port and there was no tearing surprisingly so I thought the issue is with my GPU so I tested another monitor and there was no screen tearing.

So the issue isn't from my GPU and neither from my monitor and I don't know what to do at this point, all help will be appreciated.

(Both monitors were 60HZ)
