Question Gtx 1060 6gb stuck on 139 Mhz

Hello! I need some big help guys. So issue is my Asus Gtx 1060 6gb turbo how problem with clock. Its stuck on 139 Mhz.

My Graphics card

I dont know what to do anymore: i reinstalled drivers couple of times , tryed old and new ones , unistalled with DDU .
Change to max perf on ge force exp
Change power plan to ultimate performance
My Psu is EVGA 750 W g3
Resloted the Gpu on other pci .
Motherboard Asus Crosshair 6 hero
Ryzen 1600x

Stays on 139...while running rust

Possible physical damage at the PCIe socket on the PCB or the psu's PCIe connector.
That psu has another PCIe cable for gpus, doesn't it? Try that.
Next would be to try it in another PC, if possible.

Reset bios. Do a clean install of windows

Reset ur bios and then try again. If nothing works contact gpu manufacturer. How old is ur gpu? Maybe the VRMs are running hot and might be affecting the clock speeds.

Pc is like 5 year old...
Is it normal to not show any power on 6 pin or PCI slot in Gpu Z
Perf Cap reason Power...
Btw if i try to tweak on GPU power or Voltage nothing happens...All i can alter is GPU fan...

I think it is best that u contact asus and see if they can help u

Seems like the current sensors on the board are going out. If it measures 0 watts, it won't let the GPU throttle up even if nothing else is wrong.

Check for dust or debris near where the power cables are plugged in. Likely looking at board repair, and it is certainly out of warranty. There might be a work around with a modified vBIOS, but I doubt you can just have it ignore the power limits entirely.

Time to start shopping. Now is a decent time. You can pick yourself up a used GPU pretty easily 1660 Super/Ti look to be about $125-150, and you are ripe for a CPU upgrade. Anything up through the Ryzen 5000 series will drop right in your board with a BIOS update.

@Eximo , I just looked back at post #7's screenshot, and the power readings have disappeared right off the radar.
