Hi. I bought gtx 1060 6 gb few months ago, and now thinking about upgrade gtx 1070/1070 ti it would be edge for 3770(I have seen some charts in tom's hardware). Maybe somebody can recommend amd card? Also how much money I can get for used ICHILL GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB 9GBPS X3 V2? Never used for mining, oc, have box, warranty, papers, etc. Or what card worth to exchange?

Solution
the card will probably sell for 120-160 if you can ebay

the 1070 should be about 40-50% better and the 1070ti should be 45-55% better. there are AMD cards in and above that performance range, such as the Vega 56, which performs somewhere around the 1070ti (depends on the game and title)

1070 ti is not that much different from 1060 6GB. you will gain way more from 2000 series, Wait for 2070 OR 2060 series to be released. buying 1070 or 1070 ti will be waste of cash as you bought 1060 series while price was high and you won't get 50% of original back.

there is nearly 50% better performance going from the under performing 1060 to the 1070t, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

just empty horsepower, nothing gained in tech like RTX, DSSL support ETC. I see such upgrade as wasted money (at least on 1060. you don't have to share my opinion.
If I would do it now, 2070 would be the thing for more power AND new fancy tech...

you know you're talking about an $800 gpu right? the 2070 is the 2nd most overpriced card on the market. The OP is clearly talking about cards in a $400-$500 range. In that range we have the 1070, 1070ti and VEGA 56.
