GTX 1060 6GB with a 1366 X 768 monitor

I am going to build a gaming PC soon. I decided to buy a MSI GTX 1060 6GB graphics card, since it is within my budget. I already have a 1366 X 768 monitor. At this lower resolution, will I be able to play all current games at max settings for next 3 to 4 years using this GPU?

Yes, but it's a waste. You should get at least a 1080p monitor. A 1050 would even be overkill for 1366*768

Get a 1080p monitor and you'll be good to go

Yeah you should be sailing good for a while at that resolution. Even if you buy a new monitor you should still be just fine for high to max settings for a while.
