Hi

I have problem with games using 100% of Gpu but at only 139 mhz.
And temperature is normal.
Does anyone know why is that happening?

Lenovo Legion y-520
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design
Ram 8.0 GB
windows 10

Hmm. Scores look good and temps look good as well. It also states your are reaching your correct MHz speed.

Also the common scores on Furmark website states around 3717 with a full size card. You are using the Max-Q Design which is for laptops. According to a few websites, the Max-Q design runs 10-15% slower then the normal full size GTX 1060. So with that in mind, your score of 2250 seems about right.

What I would do if I was you is bring up something like MSI Afterburner on a secondary screen and go play any other game that isn't Nier Automata. You should see the MHz rise to its normal limits.

If it does. Then your GPU is fine and...

It's a 139 but only in nier automata and skyrim se in other games it runs around 1300 mhz
And sometimes when i restart pc it is ok in them too

If you are using Furmark the numbers you want to look at are GPU power and temperature. Your temps are fine and if you are hitting 95-100% power then that means your card is clocking up as it should and adjusting voltages. If it stays lower then it isn't working correctly.

I don't recommend using Furmark as benchmarking software, it's best just used as a stress tester.

In stress test after 20 min it was at constant 55 c an around 96 % all the time. Clock was also good

Yeah I think your GPU is fine.

And Furmark is great for stress testing but also giving you a general point of view on scoring. The example I used above was a great way to find out how he is getting 10-15% less performance due to the type of GPU he is using...

While there is other GPU benchmarks to be used and you can clearly feel free to use them as well. But I always test with Furmark. It's been pretty good, especially with scores to compare against directly on their site.

Is it perfect? No, but no bench marking tool is. Its just to give you a base.
