So i have a gtx 1060 and i have set the fan speed to 100% at all times for the last 3 weeks or so, but i read on some thread that it might shorten the lifespan of the fans, So i created a custom curve using msi afterburner which goes like: Fan spins at 55% at 50c which gives me 47c at idle and goes up to 100% at 65c which gpu only reaches when gaming, and granted i game alot, Card is Galax GTX 1060 OC 6gb, Is it fine if i keep this fan curve or do i need to tone it down a bit, If i set it to crank up to 80% at 65c i get 70ish degrees while playing ROTR and gpu at 99% usage, Also i don't mind noise and ambient room temp is really hot

I have a few family members and friends who keep there GPU fans at a 100% and I have yet to see the fans break or deter over 3+ years of gaming. Personally I create a fan curve that hits 100% @70C but there's nothing wrong with keeping them at 100%.
