gtx 1060 fan not working

hi ive got an 1060 gtx and the fans are not working at all any idea what can i do ?

The new GPU's only spin up the fans at startup (to test them) and when the GPU starts to get hot.
Does it turn on then?

I'm having the same problem and no, the fans aren't turning on at all.
