Brought 1060 yesterday and it's performing worse than my old 750ti, I had afterburner open whilst playing PUBG and a few other games and it would drop to 30% power which is normal for idle but when gaming it would be dropping from 100% to 30% which I think is suspicious so I realized i'm using a stock HP PSU and obviously it's a cheap kind but apparently it's 480w, but the thing is I have no idea about amps etc I heard this card needs 20A or so so i've uploaded pic of the PSU here:

If not I have a Corsair TX750 is that much better? Also do you think the PSU could be the culprit for the FPS drops?
