[SOLVED] Gtx 1060 gaming x 6gb bad performance

I recently installed Msi GTX 1060 Gaming X 6gb from a Msi GTX 960, and i must say that the 960 perform much better when i comes to games. After i installed the new GPU i've had trubling with the audio (fixed now) and fps. I've unnstalled the old driver, and intalled the new one with DDU, i have also installed the newest version of NVIDIA drivers and installed the 3D vision and updtated the BIOS.

I was wondering; how do i get the best performance out of the card?

It should run well over 1500 mhz and it's running like 1200. Download msi afterburner and see if you can get it up to speed also monitor temps during the runs to see if that's your problem

Edit: did you run ddu in safe mode?

You only have 4gb ram, of course performance is bad. Get yourself a 16gb kit and you will be blown away with the difference in performance

Thank you, i'm not sure if i'm willing to pay 150$ for 16gb ram, i'm gonna try the 4x2gb (8gb) ram instead. Thank you
