Hey!

I have 2 monitors connected to my GTX 1060 6GB.
One: Displayport.
Second one: VGA to HDMI converter and after that to the HDMI slot on my GPU.
The screen is flickering, and turns to black. (Display port connected monitor works fine)
(also the second monitor isn't bright like used it before.)
Reinstalled GPU drivers with DDU, same.

The monitor and the converter is working with my other PC.

The wierd thing is... When I connect my Oculus Rift to my hdmi port, the VR display works fine, no less brightness or flickering.

Ah, you're located in Hungary.

Your driver version for the GPU are the latest. Can you specify which version poof the GTX1060/RTX2060 you have? That second panel needs retiring since you speak of it being dimmer than before. In fact I used to own that panel, sold it off after 3 years of use. Chances are that the adapter you have might've conked out(probably a small portion of the adapter's circuitry might've died). You might want to grab a hold of another adapter. Speaking of which, this is the right cable for the job;

but given it's cost, I think you should just look into a replacement monitor, one that has HMDI or Display port connectivity or both.

Make and model of both your displays? Got a link to the VGA to HDMI adapter you're working with? Specs to/GPU for your "other" PC? What OS are you working with and what version are you on if you're on Windows 10? Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version of said motherboard?

First: BenQ xl2411P
Second monitor: Samsung SyncMaster720N <---- I got problem with this one.
"Got a link to the VGA to HDMI adapter you're working with": yes

Other PC: Same motherboard as mine: B450M A pro max
Video card: Gtx 2060 (the only difference).
Ram: Kingstone DDR4 3600Mhz same as mine.
Processor is the same as mine: Ryzen 5 3600.

I bought a DVI-D to a VGA converter, still not works (Maybe the converter eoesn't support it.) Still not work.

I figured it this converter doesn't work because its not transfer signal.... my god.
Maybe this one works?:

The one I linked worked wonderfully. The old hdmi vga adapter I ordered from wish is working with other pc's.. Idk what caused the problem, this one works at 1920x1080 @ 60hz only.
I didn't needed the expensive one. This is a D-sub active too. Thanks for the help, it worked out.
Btw, my SyncMaster is more than 10years old and kicking it for life i think. This model is very very reliable.
