Gtx 1060 , i3 ivybridge !? Upgrade or not ?!

I was just wondering, this is my rig :
Motherboard : MSI PH67C43
PSU : coolermaster mwe 500w white 80
Pcu: intel i3 2100
GPU: msi gtx 1060 6g oc
Ram :8gb ddr3
I know my pcu is a bottleneck for the GPU
So :
Do an intel i5 or i7 gen 3 a good upgrade !? Or should i change the MOBO and the PCU !?
Is my PSU enough and good quality cause i just bought it yesterday !?
What are your advices !?

Personally I'd ensure that the mobo bios is up to date and find a second hand i7-3770, or a 3570 (less desirable).

A word from the wise, asking if something you've brought is ok (the PSU) will typically only ever end in being upset at the answer. It'll do, but i'm sure you could have brought better.

You'll get 70-80% of the performance of an i7 skylake or kaby lake CPU, but without buying a new CPU, Mobo and RAM, and reinstalling windows.

If you already had a 3570/3770 then the next step is a full platform upgrade.

well if you want to save money than buying a used 3rd gen i5/i7 is a good route to go. Like 13thmonkey said though be sure that your BIOS is updated all the way so that your motherboard will support 3rd gen without a problem. https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/PH67SC43_B3#support-cpu

Yes, an i7-3770 would make your computer quite relevant still.

A SSD would also be an excellent upgrade for overall usability if you don't have one yet.
