GTX 1060 Laptop capable of 1440p external monitor?

I'm considering buying this laptop .

It has a GTX 1060 6GB.
I'll use it for video/photo editing... and some casual gaming (Dota 2 / Battlefield4).

Will i be able of using a 4k external monitor with this?
Is it worh it or should i stay with a 27" 1080p monitor?
