I just upgraded my PC yesterday.... The Specs are :
Intel i7 6700
Zotac Gtx 1060 Amp
Corsair Vengeance 2400 MHz RAM
MSI Mortar B150m Motherboard
Samsung EVO 750 SSD 250 GB

I updated the drivers and started benchmarking, In unigine heaven i got 63.4 fps average in ultra settings and in Rise of the Tomb Raider i got 73fps average (very high preset, FXAA)....
But when i checked into others results i found out most of them got the fps in 70's for unigine heaven and 80's in rise of tomb raider with the same graphics card.... What could possibly be the reason for the lower benchmarks?

Saw results of the founders edition and still they were more.... and does a lower CPU costs more than 2-3 fps on an average?

I don't remember the average fps, but I ran Heaven last night and got a max of like 120fps. Was your max near that? I will run it agian once I get off work, and post Afps here. I also have a 1060 but with a 4690k, and I can ensure you heaven barely depends on cpu, so it doesn't really affect the score.
About the temps, what size is your case, how many fans and whats the average and max temps of your gpu? Might be throttling if it gets too hoyt.-

Max FPS was 136.4 and minimum of 27.8.... Checked just now! My case is a mid tower with 5 fans (2 on top, 2 on the side panel and 1 on the rear panel).... Did not check the max and average temp of the GPU as of yet..... Can you please share your benchmarks scores?

Just re-ran the test with your settings and the score was:
FPS: 84.7
Min FPS: 28.3
Max FPS: 157.1

What could be the possible reason 🙁?

It is possible. I always do a fresh OS install when upgrading CPU/Mobo to avoid any conflicts or corruptions. No need to reinstall your OS for GPU or ram upgrades.

Were you able to monitor your 1060's boost speeds during the benchmark? If it is temp throttling your boost speeds it could have a significant affect on your performance.

i use hwinfo to monitor temps and it is showing no throttle and my cabinet has enough fans to keep the machine cool..... can the motherboard cause an issue????? my motherboard is MSI B150m Mortar

Is your GPU in your top PCIe slot? Aside from that your motherboard should not have any issue using it to its full potential.

Yes it is in the top slot of the motherboard

this is my stock benchmark of my zotac gtx1060 6gb amp
but when I play guildwars 2 (60fps) below don't know why 🙁

I've got a gtx 1060 gaming x 6g and a 6700k running at 4.5 ghz and it's getting 60fps on Heaven - worse than the Armor 3g version I had before! Something isn't happy, I wouldn't know where to begin!
