Gtx 1060 not working

Hello, I recently bought an Asus Rog strix hero, gl503vm.
I was editing on premiere pro and suddenly my screen got weird (pictures attached: https://photos.app.goo.gl/YhGSkNjLB9Tgz5B27)

I've tried reinstalling drivers, went to safe mode, and even just went to bios but the problem is still there. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Honestly i would RMA it cause this dont look by far as something normal. It looks more like a damaged thing.

I can't afford to send it back or even know if it's possible to send it back. I ordered this from the US through a shipping services cuz there's no direct shipping to my country. So I'm trying to everything Make it work otherwise my entire savings is gone basically
