gtx 1060 or gtx 1070

Hello,
I've got a setup with an i7 5820k (still stock clock) and a Zowie XL2411 1920.1080@144Hz monitor awhile back.
I guess the gtx1080 is a bit too much, so would be the gtx1060 6gb a good match or shall I shoot straight for a gtx1070? I'm looking forward to play the upcoming game Prey aswell.

going to need to overclock the cpu as well ~4ghz should do it

I would go for the 1070. I personally have the 1060, but my budget was probably lower than yours. Looking at your core the 1060 would be fine, but the 1070 is more in the same range of specs and how good they are.

Definitely a 1070, not sure you need to OC your CPU, it won't bottleneck a 1070 at stock.

my back then 280euro i7 5820k still outperforms the new 360euro i7 7700k in certain applications like Blender =)

If its within budget I'd get the 1080. Should meet your needs for longer.
