gtx 1060 or system update?

I want to upgrade my pc, but dont know how. Right now, my specs are:
gtx 1050ti
i7 7700k
500w 80 plus sentey
8gb ddr4
MSI B150M
1tb WD hdd
120gb ssd
What should i do?
buy a GTX 1060 6 Gb Evga right now (it is almost 500 usd in my country, Argentina, but it will increase) or should i change my psu for a Thermaltake ProRGB 750W 80+Bron, buy a CM MasterBox 5 Msi Edition, a Z270-Gaming 3 Gigabyte motherboard and 8 more gb of ram later (total of 415 usd)
Ps: the i7 was a gift and i only have a 60hz monitor.

upgrading to a gtx 1060 is not worth the update if youare only playing in a 1080p@60Hz. is there any reason why you are doing this? is something wrong iwth your current setup? your rig is pretty good but may need to get a 2x8Gb RAM to play higher end games more smoothly.

I wouldn't do a thing until GFX card prices stabilize.
