GTX 1060 Overclock Options?

So, using the Gigabyte tool that came with my 6GB GDDR5 GTX 1060, what should be the limits to increasing its perks?

Can I up the voltage, GPU, memory, etc etc. I'm running Project Argo (the new free to play arcade version of ARMA 3 by Bohemia) on around 50 + frames on near ULTRA settings, I cannot be sure but I am getting tiny lagspikes that are barely noticable, however I want like literally no lagspikes at all.

Oh, to make sure it is easier for you guys, I have 16 GB of RAM and a 550 PSU, along with a Core i5 6500.

bump - what is memory clock, gpu clock, voltage clock, etc. Does it matter if I increase them?
