I don't know why this is happening. I just bought this card, it should be running just fine. Does anyone know why this is happening? Any responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Btw, It's the Gigabyte version of the card.

Solution
It says the average is 92%, while you scored 88.9%. That is not a big difference, and could be due to many things. Some heavy internet-tabs running in the background, a driver setting, your cpu etc.

Fast Answer: most likely Drivers, many users of the Pascal GPUs are complaining about it, I own a GTX1050Ti, bough it in late November, it had big FPS numbers (vs a 750Ti) with games like Shadow of mordor and Tomb raider (2011) but after a driver update I started having troubles with Tomb Raider game, droped 40% in FPS and a lot of stuttering, I suppose it will be solved with the next drivers update in not much time I hope.

Thanks for the help my man, hope they release soon.

Thanks for the help man

I ran the benchmark two times myself just now.

Once with my 1070 at 1911mhz, and the other time with it at 1923mhz.
So, a whole 12 mhz difference. Huge, I know. But the difference was thus:

Performing below expectations (32nd percentile) 127%, all red and gloomy,
vs
Performing above expectations (63rd percentile) 132%, all green and encouraging.

When I first got the card, something was stuck in the fan and it was making a loud noise for about an hour. I reopened my pc and fixed the issue. I haven't noticed a performance difference, but do you think it could of damaged the card at all?

It might have strained the motor of the fan, but I assume the card itself will not have taken any damage since the heatsink should be the only thing touching whatever was stuck in the fan.

Thanks, yea I don't think any damage was done, it was making a loud sound though that's why I thought something might've happened. Just needed reassurance.
