GTX 1060 Running Slowly After About A Month

I've had this computer for about a month now.

For some reason I used to get about 150 to 200 FPS on Overwatch and now I get about 80, BUT every 10 or so seconds it'll jump down to about 30-50 frames per second.
What has happened?

Have you tried reinstalling the nvidia drivers?

What brand is your 1060?

Seems to me that your GTX 1060 might be thermal throttling due to inadequate cooling. Maybe try monitoring your temps during gameplay to make sure if it really is the case.

It is a gtx 1060 3gb SC.

Also my temps never go past 60-70 Degrees Celsius

Try seeing what other programs might be running while you are gaming; there could be many small programs eating up your cpu resources. Maybe also make sure everything is updated with the newest drivers.

OK I solved it. What I did was go through EVERY item on the uninstall list. I uninstalled every single thing that i wasn't using or looked weird. Thanks for all the support!
