GTX 1060 runs slow

Hi guys!I have a ASUS GTX 1060 Dual 3 gb graphics card.
Everything was fine,but now it started to run slower.In dying light everything was fine on max settings,now I get pretty big fps drops form stable 60 to 35 and 41.I have installed the latest NVidia drivers,i installed the asus gpu tweak2 and turned the profile to game mode and turning off the 0 db mode.
Can somebody help me?

CPU: Intel Core I5-7400
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8 GB DDR4 2166 Mhz
GPU : ASUS GTX 1060 DUAL 3 GB GDDR5
SSD : SiliconPower 128 GB
HDD : WD Blue 1TB SATA-III 7200 RPM 64MB

Try wiping the graphics drivers with ddu, and completely reinstalling them.
