Gtx 1060 SLI (2 GPUs ) vs Gtx 1070

What is the best for gaming and if 1070 is more good , a comparation with overclock Gtx 1060 sli (with 2 GPUs)

for this monitor you are going to be more than fine with single GTX 1060 6GB for at least couple of years with maxed out settings.

have you ever tried to game on two monitors ?
it's very awkward for most games with this bezel gap in the middle. So 99.9% you will endup using only one of them for gaming.
it's either single, 3 monitors or 21:9 ultra wide monitor. the more affordable type of ultra wide monitors 29" or 35" is 2560x1080 which a GTX 1060 can handle easily.
the more expensive 34" 3440x1440p variant would require GTX 1070 or GTX 1080.

You can get about 57fps avg at 1080p on very high settings on a 1060

Not seen any benchmarks at max settings.

55-60 FPS - which is about the maximum your monitor can display.
The Division is one of the crappiest games in terms of optimization.
