gtx 1060 temps goes to 75 degrees

Hi guys i just wanna ask if my max temperature is ok since at 60 degrees fans starts to spin. Temp in gaming goes max 75 degrees.
My rig:
gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb windforce 2 oc
msi h110m pro-d
2 modules of 8 gb ram (not all the same brand) but it works one is crucial other is corsair (red colored armour)
intel i5-7400 with Zalman cnps 10x performa+ cooler
psu: fortron fsp 600w hyper
hdd: wd 1tb blue
ssd: Kingston hyper x 120gb
the case is medium tower ms-champion

and btw i changed the thermal paste on gpu just to be sure it is fresh

75C is safe but you could always create a custom fan curve with a program such as MSI Afterburner so the fan will kick on at a lower temp.

thx the gigabyte has its own oc utillity but looks like you suggest me this one , i noticed most users use msi afterburner .
