So... as general Forums dont provide good answers i registered here, just for... this... one Answer.

My Problem is i got a not swappable 250w Psu and i got a 100€ Budget for used Gpus (ebay etc)

In this Budget range i can get a GTX 1050ti Strix 4gb OR i get a GTX 1060 for the same price. But because of the 250w Psu i would need to Underclock/Undervolt or set Powertargets to get the GTX 1060 to run in my Pc.

To make it clear: Im totally fine for sacrificing some Performance, but it should be in the middle of a 1050ti and 1060 or higher. I am not really willing to do Lifetime killer steps tho. But still provide any usefull answers/Information if you want.

(Also had the idea of just buying a picopsu to supply it or anything, cause the atx psu behind my case wouldnt look that good nor be really safe i think)

What's the make and MODEL number of that 250 Watts PSU ? That's pretty low.
A bit chinese .
Fujitsu S26113-E563-V50-01

Some other stuff on its sticker:
250W Max continuous power output
280w surge (20 sec)
“Switching Power Supply“
Main DC Output
12v1 15A(17A 20sec)
12v2 15A(17A 20sec)

Ouch...That's a poor quality generic PSU, in my opinion. NOT recommend for gaming PCs. I wouldn't risk using this unit to power the GTX 1050 Ti/GTX 1060, or any other GPU for that matter. Please grab yourself a quality PSU, even though if this chinese power supply might work.

Are there even any PCI-e connectors on this model ?

With a adapter (2 Sata to 1 6Pin) yes. The really really bad part is the Mainboard plug.... I just cant change the psu ... It has (together with the Mainboard) a 14Pin Individually designed Slot and no 24 atx . Also the Psu is 12v only.... I dont rly have the Money to buy a new Pc either. :/
