Question gtx 1060 underperforming

im having constant frame drops in gta 5 and my gtx 1060 3gb is only on 3% - 10% shown by task manager
its paired with a ryzen 3 2200g which is usually at 80 to 100%
im getting around 60 fps and 30 when driving, i would be fine if it wasnt for the constant frame drops.
turning down the graphics settings doesnt seem to help either.

Hi Julian. Going off of the usages that your provided, it would appear that your cpu is heavily bottlenecking your GPU. However, I had a look at some becnhmarks performed on similar builds, and many are achieving similar performance using Vega 8.
Can you confirm that your display is connected to your GPU instead of your motherboard?

yep i have both of my monitors connected to my graphics card
