GTX 1060 vs 1050Ti for 720p gaming

I`m looking to upgrade my old PC,bit by bit,since I can`t really get all the parts at once.I`m looking to swap my old AMD HD 6570 for a new nVidia card.I`d honestly go for the 1060(3GB) since I`ve seen that it`s quite a bit better than the 1050TI,being able to play most games @1080p on Ultra settings,but given the fact that I got a pretty old CPU(Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300) wich paired with the card will result in a bottleneck and that my monitor`s only 1280x1024,I could consider going for the 1050Ti and a SSD to boost my system`s performance a little bit in general usage.Considering that I plan upgrading the other parts too sometime in the future,wich of these 2 options would you consider being the best?

Unless you see a new monitor in your future or a CPU upgrade, get the 1050 Ti. Even that will be bottlenecked by CPU you have now.
