I have a GTX 1060 6GB but have big eyes for a GeForce RTX 2060 Super 8GB GDRR6 256-bit.
I do a lot of Photoshop and some video editing.
In the "real world" will I see a significant speed increase if I buy my true love or is my affection delusional?

Solution
RTX 2060 Super is quite a lot better from GTX 1060 6GB,
comparison: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB-vs-Nvidia-RTX-2060S-Super/3639vs4049

I had GTX 1060 3GB and i upgraded it to GTX 1660 Ti. Latter is weaker than RTX 2060 Super and i can already tell the difference between my old GTX 1060 and new GTX 1660 Ti. (Skylake build, full specs with pics in my sig.)

As far as video editing goes and if you're using GPU to render the video, what you will see with RTX 2060 Super is a lot shorter render time.
