I'm buying my GPU. Until now I was sure to go with the gtx 1060. But when I saw a video on Vulcan and DX12, I started to be concerned. I want the card to last for 4 years and give me 1080p 60-40fps performance. Which is the better option. I'm only 13, and I need help. Rest of my build:
