GTX 1060 "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

Just the other day, when destiny 2 release for PC, i was playing it on my laptop (Alien ware 17 R4), which is brand new got 2-3 weeks ago, and while playing i BSOD ( i dont recall the error code, wish i remembered it). Ever since that i cant update/use my GPU, device manager tells me "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

Things I've done to try and fix this.
-wipe nvidia drives in safe mode
-updated windows to latest update
-reinstalled windows and drives
-Ran trouble shooting
-flash updated UEFI


Nothing i have done works please help.

if it's a brand new laptop, it's a manufacturing error and it's Alienware/Dells job to fix so contact them.
