Hi all,
I purchased parts and assembled my own gaming PC a month ago. Everything was fine until two days ago, where the PC went to sleep after being inactive and then I tried to wake it up but the screen just stayed black. I turned it off and on at the power button to find that my graphics card had "error code 43". I searched the internet to find solutions to resolve the issue and I have done the following:
Deleted the GPU drivers and installed the most recent one and previous versions.
Reinstalled windows 10.
Physically Reinstall the GPU.
None of these have worked and I am starting to get worried that the GPU is broken.
My main PC parts are:
CPU - Ryzen 5 1600
GPU - MSI GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard - MSI b350 tomahawk
I am not really a computer person so there is something confusing me. Apparently my CPU doesn't have an integrated GPU, if that was true, then how am I able to see a picture on my monitor?
Any help to fix this error code would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
