Hey guys, so I am buying an asus GTX 1060 strix 6gb and I am pairing it with the hytec premium 1050w psu. The 12v is 38A. Will this run fine? I will be upgrading my psu in the next couple of months. Thanks

That might be one of the worst power supplies I've ever seen. Seems to be local to Australia. 38A? On the 12v rail? So if it was labeled correctly it would be a 500w unit and not a good one at that. Will it work? I have no idea. It might work 'fine' and be damaging your components with out of spec regulation. I would avoid it.

He's basically just trolling, there is no point in arguing most likely.

No he is not trolling. Just saw around 15-20 more threads with this guy comments.
Some of them are ridiculous like this one.
No offense, but suggestions like those may ruin people's systems.
@Isaacwidnall change the PSU as soon as you can.
It may run the Video and probably will, but nobody knows when it will fail and along with that it may take parts of your system.
Use it at your own discretion!
