I am wondering which is the best suit of gtx 1060 in terms of performance and stability windows 10 or windows 7. Currently I am using Windows 10 64 bit.
My specs are:
I5 4440.
Asus Z97k.
8gb ddr3 20xx MHz.
Vp500pc.
Strix gtx 1060.

Solution
Stick with Windows 10 as there is not DX12 support under Windows 7, meaning any new games with DX12 support will lose out if running under Windows 7

No. I've been running Windows 10 on my gaming PC for over a year now and I haven't found a single game that was stable in Windows 7 but not Windows 10.

I agree with Petrossa. Go with Windows 10. DirectX 11 is still much more common but DirectX 12 is not just for future games. There are already plenty of DX 12 games available. There is no reason to downgrade to a version of Windows that doesn't support the current DirectX API.

Yes I was using the same version of nvidea drivers 7 days ago when I uses widows7.
Now I upgrade to windows 10 (clean install actually) and download again from nvidea but the driver version are same.
