GTX 1060 Wont output RYZEN

New GTX 1060 wont output. I was having the same problem with my old GTX 960 which I just upgraded from. I am still thankfully getting an output from my old hd 4550.

pc specs:
GTX 1060
Ryzen 3 1200
MSI b350m Mortar Artic
8gb Crucial DDR4 2133 UDIMM
Fractal Integra M 450W

Is a 450 watt PSU adequate for a GTX1060? (you might have to check your GPU in a rig w/an adequate PSU to at least confirm teh GPU will work...

Assuming your GPU has it's supplemental PCI-e pwr connected?
