[SOLVED] GTX 1070 Aero ITX 8GB OC - Wrong/Too High Boost Clock?

Hello.
Can someone please tell me why my GTX 1070 Aero ITX 8 GB OC is boosting to 1900mhz in Witcher 1 EE when it's boost is supposed to be 1721?
I'm not overclocking it, just testing different ingame settings and monitoring usage etc (see imgage).

I'm freaking out a bit right now. In my PC specs it's shown as Aero ITX 8 GB but GPU-Z shows it as Aero ITX OC, can I permanently disable factory overclocking?
Please help me out, this can't be normal/healthy, unless I'm overseeing something obvious.

You're fine, GPU boost 3.0 will increase your clock speeds as long as they are within temperature limits and voltage limits of the card automatically.
This does not damage your card in any way.
