gtx 1070 and 144 hz no sync monitor , or wait rx vega and 144 hz freesync monitor ?

is it? 1070 most likely still end up cheaper than RX Vega. and regular 144hz monitor without adaptive sync feature most likely still end up being cheaper than 144hz freesync monitor. but no need to rush though. RX Vega review might coming out in less than 2 week.
