I just finished my first build and ive really been enjoying it. I play a lot of kf2 which uses a ton of physx for the gore effects and liquids so i wanted to use the 650 ti (bought it used when i needed to upgrade the family toaster which i gamed on at the time) as the dedicated physx card so the 1070 would focus on the harder work.
I have a corsair rm750x for the psu.
The motherboard is an asus z170 A.

Will this setup bottleneck my 1070?
If it would bottleneck what should i do with it?

Solution
I would not recommend it, as the 650Ti would likely be too weak to keep up with the Flex calculations, resulting in reduced performance as the 1070 would idle waiting.
You can give it a shot since you own it already, but the 1070 is likely powerful enough to handle its own Physx (Flex)
