Hello, so getting right to it, i have a fairly old PC:
GPU: ASUS Echelon GTX 950 2gb (unfortunately this was changed cause my old HD 7850 friend fried out, i hanged it on the wall next to my PC 🙁 )
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
Motherboard: Asus M5A97
RAM: Hyperx Blu 8gb DDR
PSU: Corsair CX 600
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB

Now i want to upgrade this bad boy, and i have 2 options
1. GTX 1070 8GB and a FX 8370 (this will be actually the chepest because i don't need to change any other part)
2. RX 580 4GB (and now i say 4 because the 8 GB version is really close at price in my country to the gtx 1070 so i would take that instead) a Ryzen 1400 or 1500x depends on some sales, a MSI B350M Gaming Pro (you can recommand me here something else if you think) and HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2400MHz and leave the HDD and PSU where they are.

Now, what you guys think it would be the best choice, you can suggest other options but i couldn't find any, keeping in mind that i don't want to upgrade again any time soon after this, thanks in advance, have a good day!

While I still like the old FX-8350/70 CPUs, the smart money would be on the new platform and the RX-580. There is far more potential with the AM4 platform than with the AM3+ platform. And if you game at 1080p/60Hz, the 580 will max out most games anyway.
