Gtx 1070 and i5 6600k enough to run far cry 5 on high?

Windows 10 Pro x64

Plz help. Is this a good build?

It will go smooth on far cry 5 on high no doubt.
It is better if you have 144Hz monitor and overclocked cpu.
I5 7500 would fit good with gtx 1070.

Is that existing build? or you're building new?
If you're building new, then I'd suggest going 8th gen Intel instead -
i5-8600 + B360 motherboard (i5-8600k + Z370 motherboard, if OC option is necessary).
8th gen i5 would give you 6core/6thread config. i5-6600k has only 4cores/4threads.
