I'm working my way to OC my GPU. I managed to get to about 2114mhz however the voltage is acting a lot from about 1 to about 1.050 which causes the clock to act as well. I'm hitting the power limit all the time. Interesting is that even on default on tests I'm still hitting the power limits unless I increase them ot 112 which is the max. My question is can I stabilize the volts and clocks somehow and is it PSU related in anyway or that's just how this card acts ? I'm using after burner

CoolerMaster is not known as one of the better PSU brands.:pfff:
That may be why you are having voltage stability issues.
I would recommend a 550-600 watt unit by SeaSonic, XFX, Antec, Enermax,EVGA(G2 models) or PCP&C.

It could have excessive ripple on one of the rails that is causing the voltage instability on the graphics card. You wouldn't see the ripple unless you used an oscilloscope.

hmm ok then will consider changing the psu I'm looking at 650W Chieftec Navitas GPM-650C, 80+ Gold would that be a good option or I should pick some of the one you mentioned ?

Chieftec is not one of the better PSUs. I wouldn't recommend (or pick )it over the others I mentioned .
