Put this together in pcpartpicker and it will report any problems .

You do not mention your monitor. If you have a 1080p , or lower, resolution you will never use the power of the GTX 1070 .
Or to put that another way if you do not have a 1440p resolution screen , or higher, you do not need the GTX 1070

Some games will still give a 1070 some trouble at 1080p once you start adding msaa, dsr, or game works type of extras.
