GTX 1070 CPU compatability?

I'm building a new computer, and I'm not sure if an i5-4690k will bottleneck the GTX 1070. Could someone help? I'm relatively new to computer building

So I should be ok with the i5-4690K? Or should I throw an extra 100$ into an i7 of some kind (likely 6700K)? I'm just looking to get full performance out of a single 1070. No SLI, and only 16GB of ram.
