20 Days ago i bought myself a brand new "awesome" Gtx 1070 EVGA FTW, i have a triple monitor setup, I only use one for gaming, as one is Full HD and the other two are just HD.
I have installed the Intel HD drivers, it always shows up into the desktop right click, also Nvidia Gforce and all that stuff is up to date.

I am experiencing a weird and disturbing bug, glitch error or crash... I don't even know how to describe it as I've never seen this thing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fez2h1lOKsY (this happens once every 10 mins)

And then there is this and ONLY happens with that background, whenever I close or open something. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9Rp935OfZ4

The Two 720p screens are connected to the motherboard, and the center display is connected to the GTX. Other things I have noticed, I have screen tearing sometimes when I scroll down ( it seems it is just steam). Doom (vulkan) tends to crash when more than 40 mins playing, no OC done be my and temps are OK.

I just don't know... Could you please help me out?

Solution
First of all, disable the integrated graphics from teh BIOS and plug all 3 monitors to your GPU.(who gave you teh idea of running them like that?)
Secong, switch the cable from teh monitor where you are experiencing this.

You could also use DDU to clean your current display drivers: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html after you disable the integrated graphics for good measure and then reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers.

EDIT: Full specs would also help, inlcuding PSU.

Solution
This is it, Intel I7-4790 3.96Ghz, Asus Z-97A, 16Gb RAM 2400mhz 4x4Gb, Kraken X41, Corsair, RM750i 750W, Samsung Evo 850 256Gb, NZXT H440, GTX 1070 EVGA FTW.

I don't have all the adapters I would need for connecting all the displays to the GTX, Full HD monitor is HDMI or VGA, and the other to are only VGA. I have one DP to VGA and one HDMI to VGA.

Now i have to go to sleep, fist thing in the morning checking out Thom's and trying all you said.

Thanks.

You're welcome!

So far so good... I did it, and over the last few days nothing has changed, now I'm running my main monitor on HDMI to VGA (still same issue as before) and now I only have one 720p on as I do not own one adapter that I need for it to be attached to the GPU.
I did a clean UNinstall with DDU in safe mode, bios is back to standard (iGPU is off and no intel GPU drivers installed).
I have one X41, and even at full speed I easily reach 50C when barely using the PC and idles at around 35 to 40C, my RAM is supposed to be 2400mhz, but it runs at 1600mhz and I had to OC it.

I hope it is not a bunch of nonsense, im just trying to list all the factor that could be in "game".
