Gtx 1070 for 1080p 144hz?

Would a gtx 1070 be enough for 1080p high settings 144hz for games like bf1, bf4, cod bo3, csgo, etc or should I save up for a 1080?

I have a 4790k and plan to oc it since i also got a h100

Oh yeah you are good. Here are benchmarks of gta v and witcher 3 maxed with a 5930k@4.2ghz, the 4790k should perfom similarly or possibly better with higher clock speeds. Also these are the launch drivers for the 1070, the current drivers may allow the 1070 to perfom better than what is shown in these benchmarks.
